*Please note 50% payment of total estimate must be paid for all jobs over $1000.00 prior to first shoot day.
PHOTOGRAPHY USAGE:
- Perpetual licensing of images taken unless otherwise stated during the quoting stage.
- No rights are granted to Client until NIRA Creative has received payment in full.
- Selects will be provided as high-resolution TIFFS or JPEGS for hero shots, RAW files will not be supplied.
- Colour grade will be supplied with delivery, high-level retouching will not be supplied, unless specifically quoted.
- In the event of further photography being requested and/or commissioned during the assignment, or cancellations
involving additional expenses requested by the client or the clients representative, the client undertakes to be bound by such authorisations.
- Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled shoot day, unless in the case of poor weather, will be charged at 100% of the estimated costs.
- In the case of a shoot being rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the daily fee for all crew listed on the estimate shall be paid by the commissioning party.
- Couriers, parking fees and job expenses such as flights, accommodation, meals, and car hire to be billed to the client if
applicable.
- A representative must be present at the time of shooting, or the creative directors interpretation of the brief will be deemed
acceptable by the client and/or the clients representative and full fees are payable.
- Queries regarding invoices issued by NIRA Creative must be referred to in writing within 7 days of the invoice date.
- NIRA Creative reserves the right to use commissioned images for the sole purpose of promoting NIRA Creative on any
format/media.
- No third-party usage is permitted without written permission. Images are not to be passed on or on-sold to any parties other than those involved with the assignment.
- Images are to be used only for the purpose outlined in the brief from the client and only for the usage and region stated in this estimate unless otherwise agreed.
- All talent fees to be billed directly to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
- Usage further to the terms outlined in this estimate are to be referred to NIRA Creative and a usage fee will be negotiated as per the fees listed in the quote.
- The final invoice will reflect actual not estimated expenses.
